At Devyzz, safeguarding clients’ funds is a core pillar of our operational and regulatory framework. We support demanding clients (SMEs, mid-cap companies, and individual investors) whose international flows require a high level of security, discipline, and compliance.
In this context, we apply strict standards to ensure the segregation and protection of entrusted assets, in line with market best practices and regulatory requirements.
The security of your funds is a fundamental principle on which the entire Devyzz model is built.

A compliant entity with a supervised activity
Devyzz is registered with Orias as a Broker in Banking Transactions and Payment Services (COBSP) under registration number 24007977, with its activities regulated by the ACPR Banque de France.
Orias is an association overseen by the French Treasury Department, responsible for the accreditation and supervision of all intermediaries in insurance operations and other financial transactions.
A network of regulated financial institution partners
Devyzz relies on a network of carefully selected, fully regulated financial institution partners to provide its clients with the highest level of security and operational coverage.
Our model operates as a financial infrastructure aggregator: we combine the capabilities of multiple partners to meet the full range of international payment, foreign exchange, and financing needs.
Each transaction is executed directly through an identified and authorised partner. At no point does Devyzz hold client funds. Your transactions therefore take place within a fully regulated environment, while benefiting from the flexibility of a multi-infrastructure network.
Segregated accounts for maximum protection
Our clients’ funds never pass through Devyzz’s operational accounts. They are held exclusively in segregated accounts with our partner financial institutions.
A segregated account is a separate account, distinct from the company’s own assets and operational funds. This separation ensures that your assets remain isolated, protected, and cannot be used for operational purposes, thereby providing a high level of security and availability at all times.
This arrangement is a standard practice among regulated financial institutions and strengthens the protection of funds entrusted in the context of your international transactions.
